Annual Leave Management Excel Template added to the Business Tools Store
The Annual Leave Management Excel template allows users to plan and manage annual leave for employees.
Detailed schedules are produced for each employee and monthly summary and annual summary reports are also produced.
A detailed leave schedule is produced for each month of year to allow the manager to see where resource shortages may occur. Monthly and annual summaries are also produced.
Up to nine other absence categories, such as compassionate leave, sick leave, and study leave can be monitored, in addition to the standard leave category.
The different leave categories are color coded and the category descriptions can be customized.
All monthly leave schedules and summaries can be filtered by department.
Each monthly schedule, monthly summary and annual summary can be printed.
Where employee leave has exceeded or will exceed the annual entitlement this is highlighted to facilitate the management of leave.
The standard template can be used up to 50 employees. The template can easily be customized for a larger number of employees and uses only standard Excel 2007 features. No macros are used.
