Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) 3-year Sales Revenue Excel template created
A Software as a Service SaaS Business Model 3-year revenue plan Excel template has been added to The Business Tools Store.
It features a monthly sales revenue plan for up to three years for a SaaS subscription-based business model.
The SaaS revenue budget template allows you to enter the details for up to 4 products (e.g. Starter/Freemium, Silver, Gold, Platinum).
For each month, starting with the opening number of subscribers, new and cancelled subscribers during the month
are used to calculate the closing number of subscribers. The subscription revenue is then calculated for each product for each month.
The overall average subscription rate per month is also calculated.
Affiliate or partner discount/commission, where appropriate, can be calculated monthly for each product.
Other direct sales costs can be applied to the revenue plan to calculate the gross margin and percentage gross margin for each month.
The SaaS sales revenue budget model template is fully customizable and is suitable for both existing and new SaaS businesses.
There is an extensive range of outputs in tabular and graphic formats.
